JetBrains Toolbox 2019.3: All IDEs and .​NET Tools Updated

To help you enjoy coding even more in the new year, we have updated all of our desktop tools. The 2019.3 versions of all Toolbox products deliver faster performance, with a few cool new features and support for additional technologies sprinkled in here and there. Get a quick overview of the improvements made in each product.

YouTrack 2019.3

YouTrack 2019.3 is released with a new, better Issues List with significant enhancements in both performance and appearance including a new sidebar, toolbar, and dark mode. It also introduces an Issue Activity Feed widget for dashboards and project pages, new language options, improved navigation for reports, new integrations with VCS, HTML support in markdown and other formatting improvements, and new ways to manage the lifecycles of your projects.

TeamCity 2019.2

TeamCity 2019.2 gives you great new ways to manage the clean-up of your builds and to monitor your server's performance. It supports EC2 launch templates, and features a new DSL syntax for defining build chains. It also provides an easy way to run personal builds with Git patches, and adds many improvements to the experimental UI.

JetBrains Academy Welcomes Kotlin on Board — In February, we launched JetBrains Academy – an educational platform for future professionals. We started with Java, and during those first months, we worked to identify and adopt the learning concepts we believe in. Now it's time to take it a step further. We're excited to announce that the Kotlin track is ready for you.

IntelliJ IDEA Edu 2019.3 is a free and open-source IDE which contains all the features of IntelliJ IDEA Community 2019.3, with special functionality for learners and educators provided by the latest EduTools plugin v3.2.

EduTools Plugin v3.2 — This update adds support for Catch, the C++ test framework, makes the Hyperskill integration more stable, and fixes lots of bugs. Read on for more details.

CLion's Plan for Next Year and 2020.1 Roadmap — Our main priorities for 2020 haven't changed much: performance and responsiveness, deeper Clangd integration, more project models, and support for embedded development. What exactly is planned for the next release, CLion 2020.1, can be checked in our dedicated blog post.
