Without further ado, meet José and Sarita, the heroes of DataLead Season 1!

Meet Sarita

Sarita is a lead data analyst at a London-based fintech company. She currently manages a team of 15 talented data and BI analysts. Watch as Sarita adopts new tools and technologies to provide more flexible and faster insights to stakeholders and successfully integrates generative AI into her teams’ workflow.

You may wonder how she manages the stress of working in such a demanding industry. Well, in 2022, Sarita got heavily into indoor cycling, and now she finishes work with an intense cardio session three times a week.

Meet your heroes: Sarita, a lead data analyst in the fintech sector, and José, a staff data scientist in a large tech company.

Meet José

José is a staff data scientist at a tech giant located in the heart of the Bay Area. With his forward-thinking mindset and unyielding determination, José leads a team of 100 data scientists, machine learning engineers, researchers, and data engineers. Experience the world through José's eyes as he tackles the challenges of refining the recommendation system and migrating from an in-house data science platform.

Inspired by the immense potential offered by AI, José is also working on launching a startup, AI Concierge. His dream is to revolutionize people’s travel experiences by providing personalized recommendations and itinerary planning.
